最近我家的小妹爱上了Tarzan,经典卡通片。一天内可以看三/四次也不厌。
有一天,她问:“妈,你会不会画Tarzan的Gorila妈妈?”
我说:“不会。”
之后,她就问大妹:“大姐,你会不会画Tarzan的Gorila妈妈?”
大妹一口就回答:”我会“
小妹:”那你可以画我看吗?“
大姐:”改天啦“
小妹不肯放过大妹。结果,大妹就画了。 有妈妈,爸爸和Tarzan's friend "curly hair". 虽然画得一点都不像,但小妹很喜欢。
前几天,做了一个可可威风蛋糕. 原本想要送给邻居,但脱模到不美, 所以没送。过后,又做了一个抹茶威风蛋糕,食谱来自Nasi Lemak Lover, 脱模到也不美...真不明白。还记得上回做过同一样的抹茶威风蛋糕, 脱模到很美但没拍下来。
可可威风蛋糕(食谱来自Kitchen 70')
蛋黄4个植物油50g
鲜奶60g
底筋粉60g
可可粉15g
蛋白4个
幼糖70g
打至硬性发泡
一般威风做法,放烤箱中下层,180度烤40分钟。
Green Tea Chiffon Cake
*makes a 20cm chiffon cake
70g cake flour
10g green tea powder
5 egg yolks (medium)
20g castor sugar
70g water
60g corn / canola oil
Meringue
5 egg white
90g castor suger
10g cornstarch
1. Shift flour and green tea powder together twice.
2. Combine egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add in water and corn oil and blend together.
4. Add in flour and green tea powder mixture and mix until batter becpomes sticky. Set aside.
5. Make meringue, combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat egg white until foamy.
6. Add half the sugar and cornstarch mixture and continue beating for few minutes, then add renmaining sugar and cornstarch mixture and beat until egg whites are glossy with stiff peaks.
7. Add 1/3 of meringue to egg yolk mixture and fold in lightly using rubber spatula, then add remaining meringue and fold to incorporate completely.
8. Pour batter into an ungreased 20cm chiffon cake pan.
9. Bake at pre-heated oven at 160c for 40-45 mins.
